Led by dance educator, studio owner and Rhee Gold’s podcast co-host Stacey Morgan, the Dance Teacher New York Study Tour 2025 will guide you through 8 incredible days of “work” and pleasure alongside a small group of like-minded dance aficionados. (This is for teachers, studio owners and admin team members!)
Having visited New York 9 times, seen more than 60 shows on Broadway, and attended Broadway Teachers Workshop, Stacey has an intimate knowledge of the entire Study Tour experience, making her the perfect host!

How many New York shows will we see?
We will see 3 together as a group, and then you’ll have the opportunity to see additional shows of your choice. We can help you book these. (We teach you how to find the best and cheapest tickets!)
What if I want to travel for longer?
You are welcome to extend your stay! The Study Tour begins and ends in New York and you can continue on from there as you wish. Arrive early, stay late, it’s totally up to you, this is why we let you take care of your own flights.
Do I have to do any bookings?
You will need to book your return flights to New York, and any extra shows, experiences or classes. Everything else is taken care of by our booking agent, who will reach out to you upon deposit payment being made.
I don’t want to do dance classes. Will I still get a lot out of the conference?
Absolutely. There are Studio Owner and Admin tracks at the conference, as well as many classes to choose from that don’t require movement. There’s also all the other fabulous aspects of the conference such as the networking, the vendors, the Gala and much more.

July 20 - July 21: Broadway Shows + Sightseeing
July 21: Transfer to DanceLife Teacher Conference
July 22 — July 24: Attendance at DanceLife Teacher Conference
July 24: Tranfer to New York

Will there be time for my own sightseeing?
Yes there is plenty of time for sightseeing. Hit the shops, venture down 5th Avenue, book a bus top tour!
Are any meals included?
Yes! Our group meal breakfast on our first day is included. All other meals are up to you. You will find a lot of price options in New York, from your fanciest restaurants through to your bagels at the bodega on the corner! We can point you in the right direction for both!
Is the price of the DanceLife Teacher Conference included in the trip?
Yes! As well as accommodation on site at the conference where you’ll be able to enjoy the facilities gaming, pools and restaurants as part of the experience.
What are the terms and conditions?
The trip is conditional on you having a valid passport, ESTA Entry Authorisation to the USA, vaccine certificate, covid negative test, travel insurance and willingness to complete home quarantine upon your return, if mandated. Further terms and conditions will be shared with your via our booking agent. Your initial deposit is non-refundable if you change your mind.
